Based in Denver, Colorado, Renee enjoys working with unique companies, researching processes, procedures. and laws that keep a company compliant and ready for the next stage in their growth. “HR can be intimidating. Sometimes the answer is “no,” but I I like to see how we can make a “yes” with compliance and morals.” Renee continues her studies as laws are constantly evolving and also is working on incorporating a more inclusive communication skill with ASL courses beginning Spring 2023.
In her spare time, Renee enjoys anything outdoors, reads, studies, puts together puzzles, and is raising two spectacular little girls.

Since the start of her career, Renee has found passion in being a source of help and guidance for all employees. “Everyone needs help sometimes, whether it’s understanding rules, treating others equally, help with miscommunication, or just to listen. I believe HR is the bridge between the employee and the employer. People centered, people focused.”
Renee has a degree in Human Resource Management, and over a decade of experience in a wide wage of HR functions both DoD and non-DoD industries. From working with small HR departments to developing and scaling new ones, Renee has built processes that increase productivity, efficiency, and functionality. “What I am most proud of is when an employee tells me how different my approach is and how helpful I am to their needs. I want to change how HR approaches employees and how we are viewed. Could you imagine not having help within your own company? We must be the voice.”
